  • According to the consumer credit Act and if requested, you will be provided with a document with all the conditions of the loan, as a binding offer, which will be maintained for at least 10 days.

  • A direct relationship between the number of installments and the amount financed will be established in such a way that each installment to be paid is approximately 100€.

  • There is no extra management charge for processing the loan.
  • The contract with the financial institution does not entail credit to third parties.

x. In case of breach of the contract by the financial institution or by the borrower, economic consequences stipulated in the contract made between the two entities will be applied.
